Elena Carré (Badaeva) was born 1989 in Irkutsk, Russia. Already at the age of 11, she made a concert tour in Germany with the support of the Raisa Gorbachev Foundation, the Vladimir Spivakov Foundation and the Yehudi Menuhin Foundation Germany. She played regularly, in the most important concert halls like the Great & Small halls of the Moscow P.I.Tchaikovsky Conservatory, the Pushkin Museum, the Rerich museum and the Moscow Kremlin.
She studied with Yuri Dolzhikov, Felix Renggli, Sophie Cherrier, Vincent Lucas and Irmela Bossler, and graduated with honors her Master in the University of Music Freiburg with Felix Renggli.
Elena is prizewinner of several international competitions, among others : the 1st prize at the International Domenico Cimarosa Flute competition in Italy, 3rd prize in the International Aeolus Competition in Germany, and the 3rd prize at the prestigious Concours de Genève in Swiss.
As soloist, Elena Carré has performed with various orchestras such as the Düsseldorfer Symphoniker, L'Orchestre de Chambre de Genève, Ensemble Contrechamps Genève, Französische Kammerphilharmonie, Moscow Philharmonic, Belgrade Philharmonic.
Her performances were transmitted by ARTE Television, Swiss National Radio, MEZZO TV, Deutschlandfunk and Belgrade Television.
